Playalinda BootCamp classes are designed for everyone from beginners to advanced athletes. Participants experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout every class!
Our performance-driven BootCamp classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible.
– Expect athletic drills, calisthenics, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettkebells, medicine balls and functional movements.
– BootCamp workouts do not incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes.
– Classes are held 3 times/week. During each class you will be focusing on aerobic, anaerobic and strength training. The weight you will be lifting is your own.
– All of our classes are built to maximize your full potential regardless of your fitness level while keeping exercise fresh and exciting.
– Playalinda BootCamp classes will run for approx. 45 minutes. With a dynamic warm up, and a fantastic workout that will keep you keep moving and that heart rate up.
– A trainer will be with you the entire time to motivate you and ensure you are performing each movement correctly and safely.
– You will gain strength, burn calories, increase confidence and self-esteem, as well as form new friendships with your fellow Playalinda BootCampers.
– With the quick results you see, you will find that you feel so good, you be craving more Playalinda BootCamp when the next one comes around!
